How do I delete my account?

I am a photographer on Twenty20. What happens if I delete my user account?

Deleting your Twenty20 gallery removes all of your photos from sale, challenges, search ranks, Twenty20 curated collections, and customer collections who are interested in buying your photos. It also means that you will lose any honors you currently have as well as any existing model releases, clearances, and metadata on your photos. If you choose to start an account with us again in the future, you would not be able to recover anything from your old account.

Please keep in mind that deleting your account does not automatically unsubscribe you from our email lists. Read how to manage your email notifications here.

Still want to go? Follow these steps to delete your account:

  • Login to your account from our website: www.twenty20.com (note: this is not currently available from the iPhone app)
  • Click on your username in the top right navigation
  • Click on Settings
  • Under the Account tab, click on 'Delete my account'

 

I am a customer on Twenty20. What happens if I delete my user account?

Deleting your user account does not cancel your subscription. If you are looking to remove and cancel your subscription so that you will no longer be charged, please refer to our FAQ on How to cancel your subscription.

If you still choose to delete your account entirely, you will no longer have access to your invoices, license history, or be able to access your licensed photos in the future. It also means you would not be able to recover any collections you've curated in your account or following feed customizations.
