How do I find my downloaded comp on Twenty20?

How to find your previously downloaded comps on Twenty20:

  1. Log into www.twenty20.com
  2. You can find your previously downloaded comps in 2 places on the website:
    1. On the logged in homepage, click on the collection "Downloaded Comps"
    2. Or, by clicking on your username in the top navigation bar > "Downloaded Comps"
  3. This will take you to a personal collection of all photo comps you have downloaded on Twenty20.

Note: In order for a photo to show up in this collection, you must have previously downloaded that photo as a comp. If you are looking to access past licensed photos, go to your purchases page here.

 

I have the downloaded comp image file on my computer. How do I find it on Twenty20 without going through my Downloaded Comps collection?

Go to the image file on your computer. If you have watermarked comps, follow these steps:

  1. Open the image file, there is a link in the bottom left corner of the image that looks something like this: http://bit.ly/2rCVVaT
  2. Type this link into your browser.
  3. Having trouble? You can still find the downloaded comp in your "Downloaded Comps" collection by following the steps in the beginning of this article.

Have unwatermarked comps? Follow these steps:

  1. Find the image file on your computer.
  2. Open the image file name. If you didn't rename the image file, it should look something like this: twenty20comp_42301bd2-8285-46fb-b8f0-18bbb18a374a.jpg
  3. Copy the photo ID between twenty20comp_ and .jpg like this: 42301bd2-8285-46fb-b8f0-18bbb18a374a
  4. In a new browser, paste the photo ID at the end of the URL www.twenty20.com/photos/ like this: www.twenty20.com/photos/42301bd2-8285-46fb-b8f0-18bbb18a374a
  5. Having trouble? You can still find the downloaded comp in your "Downloaded Comps" collection by following the steps in the beginning of this article.

 

Whoops, I dragged the photo to my desktop off the Twenty20 website and now I can't find it on Twenty20:

Stuff happens. Let's see if we can help you troubleshoot:

  1. Check the filename for the photo on your computer. If you didn't rename the image file, it should look something like this: stock-photo-keywords-morekeywords-42301bd2-8285-46fb-b8f0-18bbb18a374a.jpg
  2. Copy the photo ID between the keywords and .jpg like this: 42301bd2-8285-46fb-b8f0-18bbb18a374a
  3. In a new browser, paste the photo ID at the end of the URL www.twenty20.com/photos/ like this: www.twenty20.com/photos/42301bd2-8285-46fb-b8f0-18bbb18a374a
  4. After you open the photo page, make sure to either download the photo as a comp or collect the photo to a collection in order to find the photo easier in the future!
