How do I request a refund?

Our Refund Policy

Because we are a subscription service, we require cancellation prior to your renewal date if you do not want to be charged.

For this reason we're not able to issue refunds or partial refunds for cancellations made on or after the first day of your subscription contract regardless of usage.

You can view your current subscription plan, details and contract dates in your subscription settings.

How to Request a Refund

If you believe your case falls within our policy, you can submit a refund request by following these steps:

  1. First, log into your Twenty20 account.
    (please check you're logged in with the correct email)
  2. Then submit your refund inquiry here.

You can troubleshoot why you may have been charged here.

Can I return the photos I licensed?
Because we pay photographers every time their photo is licensed, you cannot return a photo after licensing it. Regardless of whether you end up using the photo, you have access to the royalty free license on the photo even after cancelling your subscription.
