Refund policy

Am I eligible for a refund if I canceled my subscription on the first day or after of my paid subscription?

Because we are a subscription service, we do require cancellation prior to your renewal date if you do not want to be charged. For this reason we're not able to issue refunds or partial refunds for cancellations made on or after the first day of your subscription regardless of usage.

Can I return the photos I licensed? Because we pay photographers every time their photo is licensed, you cannot return a photo after licensing it. Regardless of whether you end up using the photo, you have access to the royalty free license on the photo even after cancelling your subscription.
